Michael Lewis - President

Michael Lewis is a distinguished B2B marketer with over 13 years of experience. Michael has been the President of the Business Marketing Association Boston since January of 2005.  In the past 18 months, Michael has overseen all BMA activities and implemented innovative programs designed to deliver an outstanding and consistent member experience.

As the Director of Marketing at Salesnet, Michael spearheads all marketing activities, including demand generation, branding and awareness, as well as corporate communications.  His work at Salesnet culminated with the company's acquisition in May of 2006 by RightNow Technologies (NASDAQ: RNOW) where Michael was named Director of Operations, Sales Solutions.

Prior to joining Salesnet, Michael most recently held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at StreamServe, Inc., a $50+ million enterprise software company focused on enterprise document management. While at StreamServe, he led marketing initiatives during a time of rapid growth when the company saw an increase in U.S. license revenue of 166 percent and a 50 percent increase in overall revenue.  Prior to StreamServe, Michael was the Director of Sales and Marketing at interlinkONE, a privately held OnDemand Marketing Automation provider, where he managed all sales and marketing activities as well as managed product direction.

In addition to his work with the BMA, Michael donates his time by serving as the Chairman of Marketing and Communication in the Bentley College graduate alumni association.  He also volunteers frequently for charitable organizations such as the Jimmy Fund and is an avid Basketball player.  Michael earned a B.A. in Organizational Psychology from Stonehill College and an MBA in eBusiness Management from Bentley College.
